Overview:
A Pastry Sous Chef is a professional chef responsible for overseeing the pastry kitchen in a restaurant or other food service establishment. They are responsible for creating and executing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. The Pastry Sous Chef is also responsible for managing the pastry staff and ensuring that all recipes are followed and that all food safety standards are met.Detailed Job Description:
