Job Description
  • Responsible for manage complaint & fraud
  • Responsible for setting a strategy in line with vendor goals, interpret results and trends to maximize sales and profitability by manage Partner’s Project Manager, Sales Supervisor, Instore Agent, Direct Sales Agent and Promnoters.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring Sales & Development (Postpaid) in Direct Sales Channel & Partner Store Channel.
  • Ensure operational excellence and GTM well-executed in Gerai Channel, Direct Sales Channel & Partner Store Channel
  • Monitoring/tracking Agent/Promoters Productivity and end-to-end Operations (Sales & Development).
  • Responsible for monitoring service performance (e.g Attendance, CSAT, serving & waiting time, mystery shopper) and knowledge (product, new process, program)
  • New Channel Development for Direct Sales Channel (New Agency, SME Market, etc), Partner Store Channel (New Partnership with local partner, and New Gerai Franchise end-to-end responsible to babysitting on-boarding store.
  • Responsible for store and subordinate performance (absence, sales, productivity, coaching and mentoring, product knowledge, promotion understanding, and other related indicators)
  • People Development for RCE Gerai, Direct Sales & Partner Store, Instore Agent, Direct Sales Agent, Promoters and all subordinate
  • Collaborative monitoring for Service Excellence in SDP with service
  • Responsible Stock Management in Gerai Channel, Direct Sales Channel & Partner Store Channel.
  • Responsible for sharing knowledge in Gerai & SDP with service (Incld mini Gerai non Service)
  • Responsible for monitoring Service Excellence in Gerai by visit
  • Ensure RCE Gerai, Direct Sales & Partner Store to monitor/execute Morning Briefing with all Direct Sales Agents and Promoters (daily basis)


Requirements

  • Good analytical thinking and has ability to work independently with target-oriented approach and adaptable in under pressure condition
  • Good English, spoken and written
  • Excellent in MS Office and MS Project
  • Has Project Management background with strong creativity and openness for innovation
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
  • Good networking and engagement in Partnership
  • Has 5 years of Postpaid sales experience with Direct Sales & Retail Chain (Branded Device Store), proven track record and strong practice in telco industry
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situation and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Having knowledge of Postpaid business model and sales methodology
  • Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Customer focused and a partner advocate, demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
