Job Description

QUALIFICATION :

  1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Hospitality, communication science, or marketing)
  2. At least have 1 years experience to be head of operation
  3. Have minimum 2 years experience of sales and hospitality
  4. Have a good coordination and leadership skill
  5. Willing to be placed in Solo Square


JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Monitoring and be responsible for every sales activity and target
  2. Full responsibility for operational store
  3. Give a mentorship for Jewelry Representative about product knowledge and the way how to handle customer in according to SOP Spilla Jewelry
  4. Coordinating about cross shipping between centres and branches
  5. Give an Information or advice for Marketing regarding trend, event, or branches activity
  6. Conduct stock-taking of goods in every week
  7. Confirmation audit cash result and non-cash for accounting in every month
