Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product core service
• Setting sales strategies, sales planning and pipeline for achieving company target
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities

Key Requirements

• Passionate in apparel and fashion
• Minimum of seven years’ of senior sales experience in garment/trading fashion/retail fashion industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, able to communicate well with regional and global principals/counterparts
• Strong leadership traits and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, and strong in people development
• Results-driven, fast-paced and possess high initiative skills and the ability to work under pressure and multitasking
