Job Description

B2B Sales Manager (Remote Work)

Work Schedule: 9 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday) with a 1-hour lunch break, and 9 AM to 1 PM (Saturday)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our remote team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer network, selling Electric Vehicles and motorcycles, consumables, and accessories.


You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the South East Asia region. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle follow-ups efficiently.

Responsibilities

Dealer Network Development:

  • Contact potential clients and dealers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Effectively researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Create strategies to recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong network of clients and dealers across South East Asia region.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and dealers to expand our distribution network.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' and dealers' needs and market trends.


Sales and Account Management:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively selling Electric vehicles and motorcycles, consumables, and accessories to clients and dealers.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to dealers and clients.
  • Provide excellent account management, cultivate long-term relationships, and respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with industry developments and as needed, adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Possess a good understanding of the automotive and motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.


Collaboration:

  • Provide feedback on market needs, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.


Travels:

  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and introduce new products to potential clients and dealers.
  • Travel within the South East Asia region to meet with clients, and dealers, and attend industry events.


Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and activity logs.
  • Participate in weekly Sales review and planning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall sales effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • With at least two (2) years of experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within South East Asia region for client and dealer meetings and industry events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
