Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify prospects’ needs to effectively communicate all membership benefits to the prospects and achieve high conversion rates.
  • Work with HR to train and mentor reception and gym staff on effective sales techniques, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective lead-generation strategies and referral programs.
  • Participate in networking & community events.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales system to drive membership sales and maximize revenue.
  • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor member retention rates and implement strategies to minimize attrition, including personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and professionally, utilizing various communication channels to nurture relationships and convert prospects into members.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and maintaining financial profiles for all customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating an exceptional customer journey, starting with an engaging initial facility tour, followed by a seamless sign-up process.
