Admin Generalist - Fashion Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Admin Generalist to join our dynamic fashion team. As an Admin Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various functions within our organization, including social media management, e-commerce operations, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the fashion industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, including tracking product availability, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate stock levels on our e-commerce platform.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on our e-commerce platforms, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
• Support the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating sales events or trade shows.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the fashion industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and monitoring audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as product catalogs, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance, e-commerce metrics, and sales data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Fashion Business/ Merchandising, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in using social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience in social media management, e-commerce operations, marketing, or sales within the fashion industry is a plus point.
