About The Assistant Marketing Manager (Fashion) Role

Evaluate and optimise the marketing and pricing strategies

Create strong analysis regarding market trends and preparing forecasts

Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively.

Assist in supervising and leading a team of warehouse personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions, and generate regular reports for management.

Male, preferably Diploma degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or Business.

Help manager to create planning and standard operating procedures related to the distribution and transfer of goods in business.

Have at least 2 years hands on experience in warehouse position.

Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional terkait :

Penerimaan, pengecekkan, penyimpanan, dan pengiriman Finished good sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan serta mencatat dan melaporkan penyimpangan yang terjadi

Tugas-tugas khusus sesuai rencana kerja yang telah disusun atau diminta oleh Atasan langsung.

Melaporkan penyimpangan yang terjadi saat proses handling Finished good (penerimaan, penyimpanan dan pengiriman) ke pihak internal & eksternal.

Mengoperasikan Reach truck (hanya khusus untuk personil yang sudah mendapatkan SIO/Surat Izin Operator).

Berpengalaman dalam memimpin sebuah tim minimal 1 tahun.

Berpengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang Logistik/ Warehouse/ Manajemen Persediaan.

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shift.

Bersedia ditempatkan di Serpong Tangerang

Assist with inventory management, including tracking product availability, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate stock levels on our e-commerce platform.

Proficient in using social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and monitoring audience engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with customers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Knowledge of design principles, garment construction techniques, and fashion industry trends.

Strong creative abilities and an eye for detail, color, and proportion.

Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the designer, production team, and suppliers.

Willing to be based in Surabaya

A degree or diploma in fashion design or a related field is typically preferred.

Liaise with our drycleaner to manage the logistics to ensure clothes are cleaned

Good team-work and communication skills

Managing the inventory within the warehouse

Fulfilling customers order by picking and packing within a certain timeline

Ensure warehouse is well organized

Record and process data using Excel
