PT Vivo Energy Indonesia is a subsidiary company of Vitol Group. It is an Indonesian private company in gas petrol station and is expanding their business in Indonesia.



  • Conduct weekly station audits to verify compliance with Retail Operational and HSEC Standards, and other company’s policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate and coach, station personnel to deliver retail operational excellence and high HSEC standards.
  • Review, analyse and monitor sales performance/trends and generate ideas of growing sales.
  • Create and drive a customer-focused culture across the network.


Qualifications


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills. Performance driven and bias for action.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience as a Territory Manager in a retail business catering to B2C customers.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Tertiary education.
