Spv Key Account Executive (West Java - Bandung)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned work targets such as sales targets, availability targets, and new open customer targets
• Become a front liner to understand the threat conditions that disrupt the brand and submit suggestions to superiors to anticipate threats
• Negotiating with category buyer managers and/or store manager levels
• Fostering and improving the skills and services of their subordinates, such as Salesman, Sales Coordinator, Team Leader, Beauty Advisor, Beauty Promoter
• Handling objections or following up objections from consumers or key accounts
• Looking for opportunities to improve and carry out the function of strengthening brand branding at the on ground and stores level
• Helping the work of Head Sales that are non-strategic and functional, especially in executing plans on ground or store level
• Conducting simple research on brand and competitor products
• Manage payment and trade term
• Communicating and coordinating well with the Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Warehouse departments
• Create and present written reports, sales reports, work activity reports, and others as needed
• Maintaining good 2-way communication and relationships with store managers, category managers, buyers, or merchandising managers
• Manage dan optimize sales for all modern trade channels

Requirements:

• Understand the building blocks of business plans and promotions
• Have worked and are currently working in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company or beauty local company
• Know the minimum level of buyer category in national and local key accounts
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java
• Have at least a year of experiences in handling both national and local independent accounts
• Have the ability to negotiate sales skills and basic level key account management
• Understand the terms and conditions of annual work contracts both in national key account and local independent
• Having SIM A
• Understand the work process at modern trade from start to finish process
• Have knowledge and interest in the world of beauty and care
• Strong analytical thinking, creative, ability to work independently and in a team, as well customer oriented
