Social Media Management (Bali Area)

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and results-driven social narrative creator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts on various platforms, including Instagram and Tiktok ensuring seamless end-to-end execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts on various platforms, including Instagram and Tiktok, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

- Complete management of social media platforms, including generating content ideas, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community for both daily content and campaigns.

- Collaborate with the design team to translate ideas into visually appealing content.

- Prepare monthly social media reports to evaluate performance based on metrics.

- Handle daily posting and activities on social media platforms (IG & Tiktok).

- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to ensure content is relevant to our followers/customers.

- Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

- A skilled social storyteller with a passion for spreading messages across various forms and platforms.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends among youth (from Millennials to Gen Z), including memes and pop culture.

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across functional teams.

- Basic editing video skill and sense of design

- Proficiency in creating short videos (TikTok/IG Reels) is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: IDR 300,000 per month
