Customer Support (Area Bali)

Requirements

1. Minimum S1 Education
2. Tech savvy
3. Willing to work in shift
4. Preferably candidate with 1 year experience (minimum). Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Have basic understanding of accounting (journal, trial balance, profit and loss)
7. Have a willingness to learn new things
8. Own Personal Laptop
9. Having good communication skills
10. Having an understanding of cooperatives and other financial institutions is an additional point

1. Perform initial analysis of customer needs

2. Communicating with Customers during the implementation process

3. Analyze the organizational structure and policies implemented by the customer's business institutions

4. Providing the right solutions in an effort to improve the quality of service and business performance of the company in achieving company goals

5. Conduct System and Application Training

6. Assisting customers

7. Conducting BAST processes at Customers and Customer support
