Requirement :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Having experience in B2B SaaS Company will be advantage
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills · Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented individual with strong business acumen
:
1. Achieve sales targets set by management.
2. Formulate and develop sales strategy and ensure quick and accurate implementation.
3. Build positive relationships and good communication with all customers.
4. Lead and develop a team of sales to achieve sales targets.
5. Evaluate team performances according to sales targets.
6. Provide strategic input to the management with a view on the short-, medium-and long-term growth of the company.
7. Monitor and implement sales management best practices, develop SOPs and continuously improve the processes.
8. Recruit, manage, coach and empower a team through reguler meetings, structured feedback and training to enforce discipline andadherence to SOPs.
9. Develop and execute copy campaigns and ads campaigns to promote products and services.
