Position: Marketing Designer, Social Media.

Type: Full time.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation. As we continue to expand, we are searching for a dedicated Marketing Designer / Social Media in Bali.

Position Overview:

As our Marketing Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the visual narrative of our brand. Leveraging your expertise in Canva, you'll craft compelling dossiers, design and edit captivating photos for advertisements, and spearhead our visual campaigns on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and create visually engaging dossiers that communicate our brand's story and offerings.
2. Produce and edit high-quality photos for our advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand's identity.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate graphics and visuals for various social media platforms.
4. Monitor social media trends, ensuring our visual content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
5. Provide expertise on layout, color, and typography choices in designs.
6. Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
7. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of visual campaigns, suggesting improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with Canva and other graphic design tools.
2. Proficiency in photo editing and manipulation.
3. A solid understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a track record of creating content that drives engagement.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing dossiers, advertisements, and social media visuals.
5. Exceptional attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
7. Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Bali for consideration. Interviews will be conducted in person.
• Proven track record of successful SEM campaigns with tangible results.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Office in Berawa, Canggu.
• 30-minute lunch break at 1:00 pm.

Salary :

• A competitive salary with a take-home pay of 7M IDR.
