Social Media Assistant Jobs

A Social Media Assistant is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement, this includes content planning, caption writing, managing team of photographers and videographers and preferably be able to support the design team (Min. basic adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop skills)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Experience in Design and posses basic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma)

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Excellent research skills and overall understanding of ads metrics including CRO (Conversion rate optimization) andSEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

Positive attitude, detail and customer orientedwith good multitasking and organisational ability

Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
