Ui/Ux Designer (Area Bali)

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

2. Minimun 2 years of experience as a UX designer or equivalent required

3. Extensive experience and proficiency in Interaction Design and/or Visual Designs is required

4. Solid portfolio showcasing design expertise

5. Advanced proficiency with at least one UI design tool (preferably Figma)

6. Good understanding of typography, colour theory, grids, visual layout, and design patterns

7. Experience facilitating design sprints

8. Working knowledge of Agile, productivity and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, Keynote, Trello, Invision, Miro etc.

9. Experience with Lean UX methodologies and Design Thinking Framework

10. Clear communicator to present your work to internal

11. stakeholders and customers alike

12. Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (eg. HTML,

13. CSS, Javascript)

14. Ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to details

15. Proactive and self-motivated learner

1. Partner with product managers to establish product designs that serve customer needs

2. From market research, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research findings you will design appropriate user journeys and top-notch user experiences for web and mobile products / solutions

3. Lead UX design discussions and translate requirements to low and high-fidelity prototypes iteratively

4. Test and validate design hypothesis through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes and completed products

5. Engage both internal and external stakeholders to align the product and UX design to serve its primary purpose and delight users

6. Work closely with the data team to measure the performance of user engagement and lead design discussions via a data-driven approach

7. Deliver artefacts that set the standard for design excellence, from ideation to prototypes to finished products

8. Continuously optimize the user experience of the portfolio of products and create market differentiation

9. Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions

10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging themes
