CORE COMPETENCIES

• Business Partner to Country Leader and Responsible for entire finance operations in the country, including but not limited to P&L management, historical analysis and future forecasting, commercial finance best practices implementation, accurate and timely month end closing, and compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor the market movement of TC business.
• Provide technical support to distributors and end-users.
• Manage and drive TC business in Sulawesi, Papua and Maluku Island to achieve sales target.
• Together with distributors develop sales plan to create demand, expand and increase market penetration.
• Regular reports & administration.
• Build and maintain relationship with both distributors and end users.
• Coordinate with CS to ensure smooth shipment.
• Expand distribution channel.
• Present & promote SBD products, direct or together with distributors.

Who You Are

• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
• Optimally work under target basis and under pressure
• Experience of working in the hardware/tools industry/building material minimum 2 years, preferable serving traditional channel
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or any relevant field
