Sustainability in agriculture, certification Rainforest Alliance or others

Extensive knowledge in the agriculture sector, preferably in cocoa

Has good leadership & communication skill and ability to work together with various parties with different backgrounds

Manage and drive TC business in Sulawesi, Papua and Maluku Island to achieve sales target.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales

Experience of working in the hardware/tools industry/building material minimum 2 years, preferable serving traditional channel

Experienced and ability to demonstrate excellent Team management;

Min experience [8] in FMCG/SME Banking Sales/Risk;

Demonstrated ability to manage field sales operations;

Memastikan tim update terhadap pelatihan, SOP, product knowledge & Culture;

Understanding of FMCG sales distribution / SME credit products;

Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan (Supplier/merchant) dan kontrol atas anggaran penjualan wilayah;

Knowledge in Compressed Air System will be highly considered.

Have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
