Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with targetted salespeople, industry organizations and professional associations
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future openings
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract targetted salespeople for luxury retail positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine job requirements and essential skills for targeted sales positions, evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit with the company's culture and values by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews and assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for candidate selection and onboarding
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury retail industry and targetted salespeople are a big plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication in English and Bahasa, as well negotiation skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with proven experience in handling recruitment as intern
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Residing in Jabodetabek area will be a plus
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
