Recruitment Specialist

:

• Creating report about interview result.
• Perform recruitment process for operational and corporate needs including creating job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological tests, and interviewing candidates.
• Help to structure the job description.
• Screen resumes and job application forms.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.

•Proven minimun 1 year experience as an HR Recruiter, HR consultant or a similar role.

•Excellent knowledge of job portal and resume databases.

•Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies.

•Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.

•Outstanding knowledge of referral programs.

•Able to conduct psychological tests and interview.

•Have excellent administration skill.

•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.

•Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
