Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire high quality candidates

2. Collaborate with the all Department and HO to understand their workforce needs and effective recruitment plans.

3. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals

4. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, preferably from head hunter, banking, or fintech company

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with user and HO

4. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

6. Understanding of employment laws and regulations

7. Good in English and Mandarin (is a plus)
