Recruitment Advisor (Internship)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Independently conduct an end-to-end business and recruitment process.
• Identify and verify candidates through the system.
• Developing new business by searching new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one.
• Communicate and negotiate with clients before and after sales activities.
• Prospect new clients and maintain relation with existing clients.
• Other jobs related this position will be assigned by Superiors.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Fluent in English.
• Interested in HR-Recruiting industry.
• High achiever and a result-oriented person.
• Open for seniors who are working on final thesis for Marketing Communication or Public Relations or any other related major.
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
