Key Job Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication and document production skills required
• Able to perform responsibilities with a high level of professionalism accuracy, tact and integrity due to the great frequency internal and external contacts and the high degree of exposure confidential data
• Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed
• Bachelor Degree in Administration, Business Management or any related major with Min. 1 year experience
• Preferably those who have experience in projects
• Expert in Microsoft Office or familiarity with general computer literacy
• Detail oriented, forward thinking and proactive
• Fluent in English
