Production Administrator Jobs

Position Summary:

You are responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of production-related activities within the organization. Beyond that, you will also be in-charge of creating monthly production performance data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting Stock Opname for our raw material (specifically for production) with the Planning Production Inventory Control (PPIC) Department
• Assist in processing and tracking production orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply of materials and components for production
• Help in providing operations ad-hoc support, such as: 1) QC Label printing, 2) Distribution of Surat Perintah Produksi (SPP) & Surat Perintah Cutting (SPC)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including production reports
• Prepare and analyze production-related reports for management review
• Document control production forms and reports
• Assist in record-keeping of Spare Part Management: Data-recording and quality control database
• Maintain quality control documents - verifying actual data with database data
• Conduct Product quality testing control with the assistance of our Quality Assurance personnel

Qualification:

• Willing to WFO in Tangerang
• Have work experience as Admin / Secretary is a plus point
• Google Suites, Canva, Draw.io operations
• Min. D3 in any major
• Able to operate Google Data Studio, Power BI is a plus point
