Production Specialist Jobs

Production Specialist will work closely with Production Head to ensure the daily production activities run smoothly and in accordance with Production SOP.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the basic mechanic of every machine in production.
• Assist the head of production to process data, check the use of spare parts when they want to submit a request.
• Assist production head to implement 5S project.
• Assist head of production for field inspection - monitoring production process.
• Help check all the measuring instruments are calibrated according to a predetermined calibration schedule.
• Assist head of production to ensure employee training runs smoothly and on time.
• Attend briefings to discuss performance status and improvements that can be made.
• Assist with the implementation of Daily Machine Maintenance(Preventive Maintenance) and complete auxiliary equipment on the production floor.
• Perform daily and monthly recapitulation and documentation of production results to ensure production can be monitored accurately and up-to-date.

Qualification:

• Familiar with google sheets, databases
• Strong communication skill
• Fresh graduates (any major)
• Have work experience in PPIC / Maintenance (preferably)
• Have strong insterest in Manufacture and Production
• Willing to WFO in Tangerang
