Job Title: Electric Bicycle Factory Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1.Formulate and implement production plans and schedules to ensure completion and delivery of production tasks.

2.Manage and supervise the production process in the factory to ensure quality and efficiency.

3.Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure normal operation, maintenance, and timely resolve equipment failures.

4.Coordinate work and cooperation between departments to maintain smooth production processes.

5.Responsible for recruitment, training and management of factory personnel to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1.High school degree or above, majors in mechanics, electronics or related fields preferred.

2.Relevant work experience in motorcycle or bicycle industry.

3.Strong production management and team coordination abilities.

4.Able to quickly become familiar with electric bicycle production processes and techniques.

5.Good communication and teamwork skills.

6.Basic English or Mandarin speaking ability.
