Menjalankan proses produksi sesuai standar operasional prosedur dan memastikan produksi berjalan sesuai dengan planning

Melakukan kontrol terhadap reject dan outspec

Melakukan analisa terhadap permasalahan proses produksi

Pendidikan minimal D3, diutamakan jurusan Teknologi Pangan

Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun di meat process

Mengerti food safety dan jaminan halal

3.Strong production management and team coordination abilities.

5.Responsible for recruitment, training and management of factory personnel to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.

2.Manage and supervise the production process in the factory to ensure quality and efficiency.

3.Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure normal operation, maintenance, and timely resolve equipment failures.

2.Relevant work experience in motorcycle or bicycle industry.

5.Good communication and teamwork skills.

The assistance of the factory production manager such as quality control, machine operation, do some document reports

Being responsible to help the manager due operating the factory and productions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experiences working with Korean companies, factory production operations, and machine maintenance will be point plus

Helping do some document reports

Korean Language (mandatory) TOPIK 3 up, English language will be point plus

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory, waste management, or similar industrial setting

Supervise day-to-day operations of the waste management facility

Communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds, including those with limited education or language skills

Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce, including employees with limited education or language skills

Manage and coordinate the work of employees, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
