Production Supervisor Jobs

The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing practices for the paint industry while maintaining high operational efficiency. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate with a team of production employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor QA/QC results
• Oversee, maintain, and enforce production processes, safe work environment (HSE), and GMP practices
• Maintain inventory for raw materials and packaging
• Plan daily production schedule and fulfil customer demands
• Understand and maintain ISO 9001 certification
• Maintain and oversee equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with team leads, operators, and multiple departments
• Develop production processes efficiently and effectively with help of technology or new practices
• Create daily and monthly production reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelors in chemical engineering (S1 Teknik Kimia) preferred, but not required.
• Not color blind
• 5 year experience in manufacturing within similar industry preferred, but not required.
• Some English comprehension preferred, but not required.
