Spectrum Unitec (Intramega Global's sister company) is seeking a skilled and motivated PPIC Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a PPIC Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning and inventory control activities to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analysis tools and software to generate reports and insights on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and key performance indicators.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to production planning and inventory control.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, consumption patterns, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration, providing updates on production schedules and inventory status.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and actively participate in improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans based on customer demands, production capacity, and resource availability.
• Conduct capacity planning assessments to ensure production plans are feasible and achievable.

Requirements :

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools.
• Willing to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang (Spectrum Unitec)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement techniques is a plus.
