Production Planning Control Manager

Responsibilities:
1.      Achieve PPIC/WH KPI targets.
2.      Check all document forecast report, Production plan, material
requipment planning and inventory to customers request.
3.      Controlling customer order requests and on time parts.
4.      Controlling forecast by updating based on customer information and
new project.
5.      Controlling production planning based on the forecast of the
customers as effective & efficient as possible to achieve corporate policy.
6.      Monitoring inventory stock.
7.      Support on IATF and ISO 14001 implementation with weekly report to
manager.
8.      Make a problem analysis of forecast planning production, material
requipment planning and inventory.
9.      Do Horenzo, 5S, Safety and abnormality action in area Workplace.
Qualifications:
1.      Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
2.      5 years supervisory experience Production Planning, Inventory
Control ( especially automotive industry )
3.      Strong critical thinking and organizational skill
4.      Strong leadership
5.      Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
6.      Experience in Production plan, material requipment planning
7.      Experience in Warehouse Management System
8.      Management System ( IATF, ISO 14001)
9.      Fluent in English
