Production Planning And Inventory Control (Ppic)

:

- Accountable in production output and schedules by maximizing all available resources in order to obtain the most cost-efficient, quality, finished products, and timely delivery

- Analyze production planning and create accurate purchase forecast by taking into account demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity and other matters that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and according to demand

- Evaluate, review and set process standards in thePPICand Warehouse sections so that operational activities run well

- Create reports on procurement and purchasing of goods.

- Research and maintain relationships and communication with potential or existing suppliers/vendors.

- Coordinate with Warehouse section to ensure efficient flow of incoming & outgoing products and do quality checking for arriving goods

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience inPPIC-related. Preferably from a retail company.

- Have a good knowledge ofPPIC.

- Strong communication, negotiations, proactive, and able to work independently. Proven track record in identifying and resolving problems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and much considered in Mandarin.

- Attention to detail and fast learner.

- Preferably have knowledge in sourcing and procurement import products especially in beauty products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excelisrequired.
