About Our Client
A Leading Local Furniture Company

• Additionally, you will play a key role as the Quality Control (QC) representative, ensuring that the production output in each section maintains high-quality standards, from materials to finishing and packing.
• Reporting and providing regular production analysis to the management team will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Collaboration and coordination are essential aspects of this role, as you will liaise with various departments involved in the production process, such as warehousing, sales, and production planning and inventory control (PPIC).
• You will lead the production team, acting as a proactive problem solver for operational issues and fostering effective communication within the internal production environment.
• Monitor the entire production process, from material preparation to finished goods, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness with zero defects or waste.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of experience in the same position within the furniture industry.
• Willingness to be based in Cikupa/Tiga Raksa, Tangerang.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings related to furniture production processes.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in determining the quality of finished furniture products.
• Knowledge in CNC Machine is highly considered.
• Strong analytically skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking effective solutions.
• Preferably experienced in operating AutoCAD 2D/3D software.
• Proficiency in operating computers, including Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with Excel data management.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate operators on both technical and non-technical production matters.
