BTI Executive Search is working with our regional client in the Securities industry. They are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Product Head (Securities).

:

• Drive strategic roadmap, product development, launch, and marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional product experience.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks, negotiate solutions, and overcome obstacles in order to drive business success.
• Optimize product financial performance and effectively manage expenses while identifying and seizing new opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day product management for core products, ensuring efficient product delivery, outstanding client experience, and effective client communication strategies.
• Execute compelling client value propositions, leveraging segmentation, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies to enhance client adoption rates.

Requirements:

• Exhibit a consistent track record in project management and successful implementation.
• Hold a graduate degree, preferably in Business or a related field, and possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the Securities industry.
• Fluent English language skills are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin would be a significant advantage.
• Experiences in successfully launching new products with previous involvement in digital projects
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
