We are a leading regional IT Network and Security Value-Added Distributor with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. We are hiring talented individuals to join us as we embark on our strategic expansion!

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Information Technology Computer Engineering from reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Technology deployment/maintenance
3. Having knowledge in Security Technology and/or DevSecOps technology
4. Have a good knowledge in network virtualization and server virtualization.
5. Have a good knowledge in Linux and Windows OS
6. Having Professional Level Certification will be an advantage for Security Technology and/or DevSecOps Technology
7. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
8. Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
9. Hands-on experienced on LAN/WAN and security product and solution.
10. Ability to work independently but still a team player.
11. Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.

The role shall cover the following:

For Project based:

1. Support for a new installation, integration into the existing system, migration, and monitoring.
2. Including all documentations related to the project (Site Survey, MoP, Acceptance Test, as build documentation)

For Maintenance based:

1. Support for troubleshooting problems in all customer
2. Also, support for change requests and preventive maintenance in the customer network
3. Including reporting, documentation, and standby monitoring.
