Growth Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re on the hunt for our first ever Growth Manager to increase the company's overall revenue through organic lead generation tactics for our Agency business and taking the lead on all other new special projects aimed at driving incremental revenue through other means. This unstructured role will require an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-directed style.

This role is an internal function within the company. You will report directly to C-Suites and be part of our Internal Marketing team. You will work closely with our Brand Marketing Manager, Social Media Executive and Content Writer.

This role would be a fully remote role which requires no on-site presence.

• Ensuring that we are consistently striving to achieve our company vision
• Going from 0 to 1 with the implementation of new revenue streams for the company
• Data analysis on traffic and leads
• Manage and provide strategic guidance to our overall content strategy & SEO efforts
• Implementing all CRO, landing page and funnel changes using Webflow & other tools
• Think and ideate on new strategies to increase revenue or minimize churn
• Play the project manager function to make sure your team is on track with deliverables
• Take charge of all inbound lead generation efforts
• Owning everything that sits on our website (made with Webflow)

• Last but not least: a work hard, play hard mentality is a must (the harder, the better)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in growth or digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa
• Familiarity with and/or startups is advantageous
• Knows how to stay up-to-date on current digital marketing trends
• Knowledge of digital tools like Webflow, Ahrefs, Heyflow, Freshsales, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Creative individual and able to think outside the box
• Very good attention to detail and is a highly organized individual.
• Great with numbers and data analysis
• Experience in Webflow and SEO is a must
