Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Annual monthly training plan based on the level
  • Analysis of training needs in each department
  • Deliver training for employee
  • Facilitate and development of external competence & training
  • Evaluate training process
  • Arrange activities on job Training
  • Manage yearly training schedule
  • Setting month & yearly training plan priority based on urgency & importance level

Requirements

  • Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi
  • Experience as training needs analysis
  • Willing to work in Saturday (twice a month)
  • Bachelor degree from any major with Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having good knowledge about ISO, HACCP, GMP, Ms. Office
  • Experience as a Trainer, preferable from FMCG of Food Manufacture Company
  • Good administration skill
  • Having good knowledge about LMS
