Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and equipping individuals with the skills they need to succeed? Do you have experience in designing comprehensive training curricula that drive personal and professional growth? If so, KITA is looking for a Curriculum Development Officer to join the team.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training curricula (end-to-end)
  • Prepare detailed technical and financial reports regarding training program designs
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external to KITA
  • Oversee and assess the sustainability of implemented training programs
  • Responsible for the execution of training programs at KITA
  • Conduct research related to training programs targeting Sociopreneurs, Content Creators, and Corporates


Qualifications

  • Able to operate Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Resides in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta preferred)
  • Has strong strategic problem-solving abilities
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply. Experience in designing and conducting training programs will be a plus point!
  • Minimum D4/S1 from all majors
  • Excellent and structured interpersonal communication skills
