Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

International award-winning executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of Southeast Asia's leading P2P lending platforms, e-commerce platforms, and digital financial ecosystems, looking for a Mandarin speaker Key Account Manager. The job is based in Jakarta with full Working from Office arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely together with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations in addressing any key accounts issue and finding appropriate solutions
• Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions with key accounts, striving for long-term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication and providing maximum assistance
• Managing and maintaining key account relationships to understand and fulfill their business goals
• Track key account performance, monitor usage patterns, and identify potential areas for improvement or upselling opportunities through staying up-to-date with current trends and market situation

Job Requirements:

• Have at least 1-3 years of exposure to e-commerce business
• Able to work as an Individual Contributor
• Possess strong interpersonal, learning ability, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business. or a similar area
