Junior Artistic Director Jobs

We are currently seeking a Junior Artistic Director with a keen eye for visuals and a passion for music to join our fast-paced company. The Junior Artistic Director will work closely with our artists, creative team, and external partners to produce outstanding visual outputs for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and execute compelling visual campaigns for our artists

- Oversee the conceptualize process and executions of music video production from start to finish

- Working with third-party partners to develop and design artwork, graphics, and logos for artists and company brand

- Provide fashion direction for artists, including wardrobe and styling including working with third-party stylists and fashion designers

- Collaborate with our internal team and external partners to create high-quality visuals that align with artist branding

- Attend photoshoots and provide creative inputs for profile photos and album art

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film, or any related fields

- 2+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design or similar role, preferably in the music industry

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude and pro-active approach

- A passion for music and art
