It Business Analyst - Holding Company

Ideal Candidates:

An IT business analyst analyzes and solves problems related to a company's technology needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services.

s:

• Create system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenarios.
• Monitored and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
• Coordinate with business user and programmer teams in software development projects.
• Investigate, evaluate, and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
• Lead projects and deliver quality results with multiple development approach options (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and Custom) and design operations support,
• Manage and prioritize project pipeline and allocate team members effectively.
• Lead the core teamwork (apps, package software, infrastructure, cybersecurity) and collaborate with other functions support (procurement, legal, risk, finance, etc.) also external partners.
• Maintain communication with the user department, explaining the impact of any changes and training them in using the new application.

Qualifications:

• Experiences in creating project deliverables related to design (MOM, BRD, FSD, TSD, and others).
• Knowledge of all software development phases includes requirement gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Possess a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Entity Relationship Diagram, and Business Process activities.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on Business Analyst and Project Management.
• Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) related to the project.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good leadership skills, initiative, teamwork, integrity, and detail-oriented person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Analytical, good communication, and a can-do attitude are a must.
• Excellent in creating system documentation, database, flowchart, business process, applications, and testing.
