Job Description
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Implement productivity and quality standards
  • Identify/resolve issues and complete audits to identify trends to determine system improvements and implement those changes
  • Contribute to Executive Level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks
  • Maintain detailed project plans that will define roles, responsibilities and milestones for each project assigned
  • Liaison with business leadership to define, prioritize and achieve strategic objectives
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community (primarily internal customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
  • Manage at least one complex project management or other process improvement initiative
  • Work closely with Compliance, Operations and Technology, communicating the business needs and driving the direction of the project as a whole throughout the project life cycle
  • Coordinate and drive testing where appropriate to ensure operational readiness


Minimum Qualifications


  • 3+ years experience working with MS Office MS Access, MS Excel or other project tools including Jira
  • Background working in Investment Banking environment
  • Bachelor degree is preferred or equivalent years of direct experience required
  • Experience in Change Function as Business Analyst end to end from requirements gathering, writing BRDs to testing all the way through to delivery
  • 1+ years experience in Derivatives Reporting implementations and functioning
  • 3+ years experience with all phases of the SDLC
