JobDesc:
1. Support system enhancements by analyzing product specification document
2. Collaborate with system developers to determine required system change to support the
enhancement
3. Work with QA team & business users to validate system delivery against requirement
4. Manage and track end-to-end system enhancement delivery from start until completion
Competencies :
Business Analysis, Project Management, Life Insurance (Individual Products)
Experience & expertise:
• Minimum three years working experience in software development environment
• Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and
arrange system testing
• Basic understanding of project management and reporting
• Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
• Knowledge in Life Insurance is an advantage
