About the job

As Sr. IT Analyst, your adventurous journey relies on you to identify and analyze customer and business requirements then build them in the form of magnificent IT solutions. The core responsibility is to understand and present key customer requirements to the team as a prioritized list of product backlog item, write the user story, capture customer feedback, and participate in product development.

Key Responsibility

Ensures user stories are “ready” for development to start work.

Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog & tracks progress towards the release of a product.

Ensures close collaboration with the development team.

Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the standar of quality solutions

Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise especially in consumer touch point

Contributes to the work of the Business Program Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.

About You

Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university

Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager

Having experience in using product management framework

Having experience in using Agile/SCRUM

Having experience in writing product requirement and technical design documents

Good written and verbal communication skills in a good chronological

Having analytical thinking to explore consumer journey

Familiar with JIRA/Confluence/ASANA

Experience in DevOps and its tool will be a plus
