We are searching for a visionary Product Manager to guide the creation of our forthcoming P2P microfinance lending platform aimed at empowering micro SMEs. As the Product Manager, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between robust supplier networks and simplified business processes. You will be tasked with assembling and leading an expert team, ensuring they work harmoniously to materialise our vision of empowering micro SMEs with cutting-edge, tech-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the platform meets top-notch quality standards, data security, and scalability to cater to the demands of Indonesia's dynamic business sector.
• Proactively identify potential obstacles and devise effective strategies to empower micro SMEs in their supplier management and services.
• Supervise the development process, guaranteeing conformity to the product roadmap and successful deployment of an intuitive P2P lending platform.
• Manage product budget, resource distribution, and vendor relationships to optimize product development success.
• Promote transparent communication among stakeholders to guarantee alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Advocate for the application of technology to simplify operations, boost supplier connections, and create growth opportunities for micro SMEs.
• Direct a cross-functional team comprising of software engineers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists, to engineer innovative and user-friendly solutions.
• Create a detailed product roadmap, specifying objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones, focusing on uplifting micro SMEs in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Capability to flourish in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a customer-oriented approach.
• Solid understanding of Agile and other product management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving results.
• 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally in software development or P2P lending platforms.
• Passion for uplifting micro SMEs and contributing to the development of Indonesian communities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
