Responsibilities:

Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

Conduct comprehensive analysis of equity and debt capital market product and identify potential investment opportunities.

Perform credit and investment analysis to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of investment projects.

Engage with potential investors, partners, and issuers.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Monitor and evaluate investment performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure the platform's competitiveness.

Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the company by participating in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration).

Proven experience in investment management and business development roles, preferably in the fintech or crowdfunding industry.

Proven track record of achievement in financial industry (Banking/Capital Market/Insurance) is a must

Strong understanding of capital market products and investment principles.

Proficient in credit and investment analysis, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.

Ability to thrive in a startup culture with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with investors and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
