Favour Capital Elite Program

The Favour Capital Elite Program is a fast-track internship stretching from 1 to 3 months and offers the possibility of conversion into a full-time position.

:

As an Elite Program Intern at Favour Capital, you will have opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and get exposure to various ASEAN/China corporate finance deals, and primary market fundraising in industries such as TMT, Consumer, Healthcare, and more.

• Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc)
• Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work
• Assist in conducting TMT/Consumer industry and company research and analysis
• Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm

Job Qualifications:

• Able to work for 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months, longer is preferred, remote work arrangement is acceptable
• Robust financial and analytical skillset
• Excellent command of Professional English
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Self-driven, altruistic, enthusiastic, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities
• Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
• Internship experience in investment banking, big four, sell/buy-side, consulting, or corporate strategy departments are highly preferred
• Currently studying/graduating with a Bachelor's degree from top university, Master's/MBA degree is highly preferred
