Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role in financial institutions

Strong inter-personal and partnership skills, i.e. develop relationships with peers, clients etc.

Transfer knowledge both to the internal team and prospective customers

Minimum diploma education degree (S1)

Have good presentation and negotiation skills

Create and develop a business plan (related to investment), performance review to monitoring

Coordinate with the team at the branch office regarding the distribution of leads, pipelines and execution strategies

Have a proven experience as finance advisory, coordinator and also lead a project.

Analyze risk and offer financial advice.

Prepare thoroughon issuers for IPO, rights issue, bonds and other issuances as regulated in the Indonesian Capital Market.

Discover and close potential investors

Facilitate mergers and acquisitions and assist with corporate restructuring.

Holds Wakil Penjamin Emisi Efek (WPEE) / Underwriter License is a MUST

Work partnership with colleague in Regional Global Markets to seek guidance and advice on product development opportunities, product pricing and issue.

Analyze and react to new regulation from Authorities and maintain collaboration with external department.

Collaborate with respected Treasury Team to promote new product and new system upgrading.

Support Money Market and ALM team in IDR funding through NCD Issuance or other alternative instruments.

Support in preparing and provide analysis on Department’s target profit, perform monitoring/ control department expense/ budget including Treasury balance scorecard.

Support Interbank in monitoring credit limit counterparty.

2-3 years of experience in related field

A banking/or other similiar financial experience is a plus

Make reports, recapitulation and payment voucher of company receipts and expenses

Perform calculations and analysis of company fund flows within a certain period

Prepare reports and recapitulation for accounting system

Conduct ongoing communication with banking and other financial institutions

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

Self-driven, altruistic, enthusiastic, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills

Robust financial and analytical skillset

Strong quantitative and technical abilities

Internship experience in investment banking, big four, sell/buy-side, consulting, or corporate strategy departments are highly preferred

Sharpen professional experience in a dynamic working environment

Proven experience in investment management and business development roles, preferably in the fintech or crowdfunding industry.

Monitor and evaluate investment performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Master's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, economics, business administration).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with investors and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.

Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

Knowledgeable and experienced in investment banking market

Lead, Conceive, And Implement A Work Program For The Engagement With Clients And Manage Team Through The Advisory Process

Excellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions

Acting As The Main Person-in-charge And Interface With Various Stakeholders

Advise And Assist The Clients From Developing Turnaround Advisory And Capital Market Strategy/plan

Assist In Resolving Financial And Strategic Issues In Order To Improve Businesses That Are Performing Below Optimum Level

Prior corporate banking/advisory/investment banking experiences are required
