Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role in financial institutions

Minimum diploma education degree (S1)

Have good presentation and negotiation skills

Create and develop a business plan (related to investment), performance review to monitoring

Coordinate with the team at the branch office regarding the distribution of leads, pipelines and execution strategies

Collaboration with other related functions such as Product Management, Marketing, Ops, CeX, Category Team, Design & Creative, Finance, etc

Helping team to create daily/weekly report of Insurance & Investment products

Helping team to monitoring Insurance & Investment products sales performance (Moveable All Risk Insurance Products, Liability, Travel Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-Gold)

Do an analysis and propose solution to make the products and process better for the company and for our users

Willing to learn, creative thinker, good communicator

Ability to demonstrate problem solving, strategic thinking, analytics, fast learner and multitasking

Have a proven experience as finance advisory, coordinator and also lead a project.

Analyze risk and offer financial advice.

Prepare thoroughon issuers for IPO, rights issue, bonds and other issuances as regulated in the Indonesian Capital Market.

Assist Head of Investment Governance to establish Investment Procedure using Microsoft Visio software to create Investment SOP Flowchart;

Assist to develop macro data for Investment Governing Document manual control to monitor Investment Portfolio activities; and

Organize the administrative of Investment Policies and Procedure.

Work partnership with colleague in Regional Global Markets to seek guidance and advice on product development opportunities, product pricing and issue.

Analyze and react to new regulation from Authorities and maintain collaboration with external department.

Collaborate with respected Treasury Team to promote new product and new system upgrading.

Support Money Market and ALM team in IDR funding through NCD Issuance or other alternative instruments.

Support in preparing and provide analysis on Department’s target profit, perform monitoring/ control department expense/ budget including Treasury balance scorecard.

Support Interbank in monitoring credit limit counterparty.

Enrollment in a top-tier university program related to finance, business or engineering

Deep understanding of digital business-models combined with the analytical skill-set for data-based evaluation

Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal and digital communication skills
