As a Product Manager Intern at ZA Tech, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Product Management team and gain hands-on experience in the field. You will be involved in various aspects of the product or project lifecycle, assisting the team in delivering successful products to the market or clients. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of product management and enable you to develop key skills necessary for a career in this field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Product Management team in market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to gather requirements and develop product specifications.

- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.

- Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product functionality and design concepts.

-Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product iterations and improvements.

- Assist in monitoring product performance, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for optimization.

-Support the team in coordinating product launches, including documentation, training materials, and communication plans.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, System Information or a related field.

- Strong interest in product management and a desire to learn about the product development process.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proficient and fluent in English in communication and reading. (Mandatory)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Experience with project management tools and product management software is a plus.
