Excellent in English skills in verbal and written

Guest Reception: Greet and assist guests courteously, provide necessary information, and direct them to their destinations.

Phone and Messages: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route them to the appropriate personnel.

Basic Administration: Handle basic administrative tasks such as recording guest visits, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a contact list of employees.

Reception Area Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is consistently tidy and clean.

Team Support: Collaborate with the administrative team and related departments to perform tasks related to guest reception.

Identify and research potential clients.

Promoting services and content over social media regularly.

Research on social media trends, market research, competitor analysis, etc and work on strengthening the company’s social media presence.

Final year student or Fresh Graduated from any major, preferably Business.

Have a high interest in Market Research Field (preferable if you have any relevant experience)

Able and has the knowledge to conduct research (Qualitative and Quantitative).
